About Adam Gant
Adam Gant has built a career combining real estate, finance, and innovation. He began his studies in engineering physics at UBC before having a change of heart and transitioning into real estate development and investment in Victoria, where he also trained with the National Rowing Team. Over the years, Adam has worked in major real estate classes, including retail, office, seniors care, hospitality, residential, land development, and industrial. His experience extends to private real estate funds and public investment vehicles, giving him a broad view on acquisitions, financing, capital structure, and property management.
Adam has always been attracted to the challenge of improving housing systems and expanding access. He has studied market cycles closely, including the credit crisis, and researched housing finance models in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Singapore to bring new ideas to North American markets. Adam currently serves as an advisor for REAfe Advisory, helping organize funding, design projects, and handle complex challenges. Adam is a CFA Charterholder and recently completed his degree in general studies in early 2025. He continues to bring both technical training and an entrepreneurial mindset to real estate finance and development.
